Late secondary PHTN management

<28 wk GA preemie babies who are now >42 wks PMA and still has high Oxygen needs, Let's say ~50% with echocardiographic evidence of PHTN, Do they undergo cardiac catheterization at your institute? If they are not on Nitric, what additional information during cardiac cath can help improve outcome of such complex babies?
